What the coach says
The words of this video, from its captions.
Now, we need to wake up our balance with water taps. Imagine you are standing right on the edge of the magical pond. We have to balance on one foot and use our other foot to lightly tap the water in front of us, to the side, and behind us. Here is the most important rule. The foot you are standing on is glued to the floor. Do not forget to subscribe to our channel. Do not let it move while your other foot taps. Tapping front, side, and back counts as one time. Let's do five full times on each leg. Keep your airplane wings for balance. Ready? Glue one foot to the ground. Tap front, side, back. That's one. Front, side, back. That is two. Keep that standing foot frozen, that is three, front, side, back, that is four, front, side, back, that is five, awesome. Now switch feet, glue the other foot tight to the floor, do not move it, wings out, and tap front, side, back, that is. one. Front, side, back. That is two. Keep your tummy tight. Side, back. That is three. Front, side, back. That is four. Last one. Front, side, back. That is five. Freeze. Incredible balancing. Your legs are getting so strong.
