What the coach says

The words of this video, from its captions.

And finally, polish the horn. We need it extra shiny. So we are going to do three super sparkle lifts. We go up on our toes, tiptoes, get really high, lift our arms to reach them, top of the unicorn horn, give it a quick polish, hold it for five seconds, and then down. Ready to do three of them? And up, up, up, squeeze your tummy, lift your arms. three, two, one, and down. Did you wobble? It's okay if you did. Gymnasts use this balance to stay on the beam. You're getting stronger every time. Good. Okay, again, up, up, up, up. Polish that horn with your hands. Reach higher, and three, two, one, down. One last one, okay? Make it shine, and up. Hold it. Squeeze that belly tight and stand tall like a queen. One, two, three, four, five, and down. Perfect! You are glowing and our unicorn is ready to ride.
