What the coach says
The words of this video, from its captions.
Now, for warm-up number two, the champions balance. When a champion steps onto the podium to receive their medal, they stand tall, proud, and perfectly balanced on that top step. Champions have incredible balance, and balance starts with being able to stand strong on just one leg. Rise up onto your right leg, left foot off the ground. Stand as tall and as still as you can. Arms out wide if you need them for balance. We're going for 10 seconds. Ready? Stand like a champion. 10, 9, 8, stay strong, 7, 6, 5, almost there, 4, 3, 2, 1. Wonderful. Legs are awake, balance is sharp, and your ball is ready.
