What the coach says
The words of this video, from its captions.
Now, we need to warm up our legs with shadow reaches. When we walk backward, we have to reach our foot way behind us to feel the floor. Stand on one foot, keep your chest up tall. Now, reach your other foot straight back behind you. Tap your toe on the floor and pull it back up to the middle. Let's do 10. reaches on this leg. Ready? Reach back, tap, and middle. One, reach back, middle, reach back, and middle. Three, four, feel the floor with your toe, five, and six. Keep your chest up, seven, eight, nine, and ten. Awesome. Now switch feet. Glue that other foot down tight. Let's reach the other leg straight back. Ready? Reach back and middle. That's one. Reach back, middle. Tummy tight. Three. 3, 4, long reaches, 5, 6, stretch it back, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Awesome job. Your toe knows exactly where the floor is behind you.
