SetupPlace 4 paper plates or pillows on the floor in a square, about 3 feet apart, to make a diamond.
How to playHave your Rider run around the diamond like they are running bases. At each corner, show them how to lean the inside shoulder into the turn. Run 3 laps, then switch directions and do 3 more.
Make it harderSet a kitchen timer and challenge your Rider to finish 3 laps before it dings.
