What she gets out of it

The goal is simple: have fun, and get ready to play.

What she’ll practice

The gross motor movement skills that sports are built on, through games. Not drills for their own sake.

  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Coordination
  • Object control
  • Locomotor skills

What she’ll do

High-energy games, exercises and drills alongside other girls from the neighborhood: playing as a team, and a first taste of competing, the fun kind.

Before you come

What to bring, and what to know

Register once

One form per child covers every Sunday this season: the waiver, an emergency contact, the photo release and email consent. Fill it in on your phone before you come, or scan the code at the table.

Bring

Layers and closed-toe shoes. It is a lawn, in the morning, in the Bay Area. Bring a water bottle and a grown-up who stays. This is not a drop-off program.

If it rains

We post the call by 7:30 that morning on Instagram and text everyone whose number we have. Light drizzle, we play.

Who runs it

Coaches are background-checked and we keep at least one adult for every eight girls.

Photos and video

We film these sessions

Usually on a phone, by someone on our own team. That footage is how we build our coaching videos and show families what LudoLogic Live looks like, so taking part means agreeing to it. It’s in the agreement you sign when you register.

What we promise in return: we never publish a child’s name or her school, nothing that identifies where she lives, and we never post while a session is running. Ask us, and we stop using her image from then on.

Registering also puts you on our email list of at-home movement videos and news about future sessions. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects her place. Your mobile number is for the weather call and emergencies only.

Questions

The ones parents actually ask

Do I need to register?

Yes, once per child for the season. It takes a couple of minutes on your phone, and one form covers every Sunday from September 20 to December 20.

Does she need to have done anything before?

No. This is the on-ramp. Some girls have been on a soccer field, most have not, and the session is built so that either one has a good morning.

Do I really have to stay?

Yes. It is not a drop-off program, and at this age it works better when you are there anyway. Bring coffee.

Can my son come?

LudoLogic Live is built for girls ages 4 to 6 and we are keeping it that way for this season. Younger siblings are welcome on the lawn with you, just not in the circle.

What if we can only make some Sundays?

That is the point. Come the weeks that work and skip the ones that do not. There is no season commitment.

Is there a limit?

Up to 30 girls each Sunday, first come, first served.

What if she is shy and does not want to join?

Very common at four. She can watch from beside you for as long as she needs, and most girls are in the circle by the second or third week. No coach will push her.
